Flowers Rediscovered is a well-loved Wellington florist offering handcrafted, bespoke floral arrangements for weddings, events, funerals, and everyday gifting. Their business is rooted in personalised floral artistry, seasonal local blooms, and genuine customer experiences. This was something that needed to be reflected online just as clearly as it was in-store.
When we began the project, the previous site was limiting the brand’s ability to showcase its full range of offerings and did not provide the intuitive customer journey shoppers expect from a modern online florist.
We began by analysing how users interacted with the existing site and identifying opportunities to improve navigation, mobile usability, and product discovery. From there, we developed a fully customised Shopify theme tailored specifically to the Flowers Rediscovered brand. We built a tailored Shopify experience that aligns with the company’s brand and delivers reliability at scale. By adapting the site seamlessly across mobile and desktop, customers can now browse bouquets, event floral packages, and gifting options without friction. We restructured the homepage and shopping flows so visitors can quickly find what they’re looking for — whether that’s Mother’s Day lilies, wedding bouquets, or sympathy flowers and complete checkout with confidence. To enhance category browsing, arrangements are also organised by occasion and flower type to mirror how customers think and shop online.
By elevating the digital experience of Flowers Rediscovered, we’ve helped the brand reinforce its creative craft, reduce friction during browsing and checkout, and ultimately increase conversions across occasions and seasons.
