Mata Digital provide web design, development, and marketing solutions for New Zealand businesses.
We are based in Matamata and are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join the team. You’ll oversee our our digital team – and manage the day to day operations of the business. You’ll take the lead on sales and ensuring awesome customer service across the business.
Responsibilities
This person will assist this growing business with:
- managing the Mata Digital team on a day to day basis, which currently includes four digital designers
- assist with developing and implementing business strategies while working within set budgets and guidelines
- evaluating business performances
- managing sales leads
- identifying areas for growth and developing plans to capture those opportunities
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- superb interpersonal leadership skills
- effective customer relationship management skills
- good organisational skills being able to develop and implement processes
- ability to ideate, collaborate and initiate
- a drive to continuously do great work
- the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
- excellent computer skills and knowledge of digital design requirements
- a great work ethic and understands that in a small team everyone pitches in to get the job done!
Experience requirements: At least 2+ years experience in a similar position.
