Returning School Donation Rebates to Kiwi Parents

Our Directive is a New Zealand wide financial intermediary. Every year they return thousands of dollars in school donation rebates. They pride themselves on transparency, customer service, and being New Zealand’s most cost effective financial service provider. The leaders at wanted a full web design and build that converts viewers based on trust. In addition, they needed implementation of search engine marketing as a way to be in the forefront of potential customers, and last but not least, they needed a bespoke automation software that could reduce the time it takes to process refunds.

01 Search Strategy

Our team worked closely with through the weighty challenge of building from scratch a search engine and display advertising strategy, which drives traffic to a highly responsive, conversion based web page. Matadigital went to great lengths to ensure that the overall design would encompass the feel of the brand; being beautiful, trustworthy and strategic.

02 Information Architecture

This project was a unique and challenging opportunity to map out clear user pathways, and engage navigation through various processing points; identifying the customer’s concerns and pain points, as well as addressing multiple stand-alone issues. Determining how to guide a customer’s application adequately between the stages, became an exciting and complex framework to establish.

03 Digital Experience

When creating the web experience our team had to give special consideration to the various forms of conversion based content, keeping them unique but also cohesive. The search engine marketing increased traffic and reduced the cost per customer acquisition. Matadigital built the customer management system to handle anything from multiple schools, multiple years or receipts, missing receipts, and flagging protocols with elegance and functionality.
